1.0 COMPLETE CLIENT DETAILS 1.1 On signing up to a JOOMLA!AMERICA account, you will be requested to fill out your name, address, and further personal details, which will all be part of your individual account. These details may be shared between JOOMLA!AMERICA and the other partnering companies WICKED WEB CONSULTING and JOOMLA!LISBON. However, JOOMLA!AMERICA guarantees that none of your personal details will be used or sold outside this established partnership. 2.0 PAYMENT TERMS 2.1 Depending on the account our Clients set up, CLIENTS DETAILS will become part of JOOMLA!AMERICA online Billing System. From this Billing System, periodic invoices will be generated in accordance with the payment cycle chosen. Payment is demanded on the date of request. Should this not be received up to 3 days from the specified date, services will be automatically suspended and will only resume on confirmation of payment. A reconnection charge of $15 will be made to reactivate the service. 2.2 Any debit or credit card payment paid to JOOMLA!AMERICA for registration or services is not honored for any reason, registration and/or the service to which the payment relates will be IMMEDIATELY suspended, pending payment of the outstanding account in full, together with a "failed payment" charge of $25. 2.3 Payment of invoice for the services provided by JOOMLA!AMERICA constitutes the acceptance of ALL THE TERMS AND AGREEMENTS CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT. 3.0 HOSTING RENEWAL 3.1 At least four weeks prior to expiry of the applicable subscription period, an automatic reminder will be sent to you by JOOMLA!AMERICA to remind you of the impending expiry of the services. This notice will be sent to you at the current email address specified by you on your account. The service will terminate unless payment is received for the extended term of the subscription. JOOMLA!AMERICA will not be liable, in respect of the non-renewal of a service if, having sent you a renewal notice, we do not receive notice of renewal and the applicable payment, or if you fail to notify us of a change of contact details. 4.0 DOMAIN REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL 4.1 Your domain name is important to you. It is also important to Joomla!America. 4.2 Upon requesting the registration of a domain name on your behalf, JOOMLA!AMERICA shall immediately proceed with these instructions. The successful registration of the chosen domain name is directly dependent on receipt of payment. JOOMLA!AMERICA cannot be held responsible for any delay in registration due to non receipt of payment. 4.3 More importantly, Clients domain name renewal is of vital importance. Clients will be sent an automatic reminder, to the current email address specified by you on your account, at intervals of 45 days, 30 days and 15 days prior to the expire date of the domain name. YOUR IMMEDIATE INSTRUCTIONS TO RENEW is required. Clients will also be automatically invoiced for all costs relating to domain renewal. Failure to receive payment will result in the non renewal of domain names. JOOMLA!AMERICA accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for expiration of a domain name, unless we are specifically notified and instructed of your intention to renew the domain name. |
