Switching to Joomla!America E-mail

Switching from Nepsa Servers to Joomla!America Servers is relatively straight forward, although technically it's complex. This is the process we are following:

Thank you for confirming that you will switch to Joomla!America. We look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with you.

For your information and to guide you through what is involved in the changeover, the procedure we are using to effect the switch is as follows:
1.      Client confirms that they wish to stay with Joomla!America

2.      Joomla!America backups content on the NEPSA Server - this we have already completed...

3.      Joomla!America sets up Clients cPanel on Joomla!America’s Server and transfers all content to new server.

4.      Joomla!America tests that the website has been properly transferred and functioning normally.

5.     Joomla!America or Client changes Domain Control Panel. Like GoDaddy, EMON, etc from:

NS1.NEPSA.COM to NS1.JOOMLAAMERICA.COM

NS2.NEPSA.COM to NS2.JOOMLAAMERICA.COM

6.      Joomla!America sends Client Username and Password to cPanel....

7.      Joomla!America opens an Account in Name of Client on Billing Platform and sends a Welcome e-mail requesting Client to fill in Personal Account Details.

NOTE: THIS MAY BE IMPORTANT TO YOU:
