How to create e-mail Accounts on cPanel E-mail

When you sign up for hosting with Joomla!America (Legal Terms & Agreement) on completion of the process you will receive a Welcoming E-Mail with instructions on how to enter your own cPanel. CPanel is where you will be able to carry out various basic and more complex tasks. One of these tasks will be to create your own e-mail accounts. The process is simple:

1.  Login to your Personal cPanel using the Username and Password sent to you separately - THIS USER NAME AND PASSWORD SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN TO ANYONE...

2.  Your cPanel will open and looks like this cPANEL

3.  On the 2nd Row, you will see MAIL - Click the 1st Icon in this section - Email Accounts. This will take you to Email Accounts.

From this, follow the clear instructions and you will be able to create all the e-mail addresses you need. You will note that cPanel makes available: Horde, SquirrelMail and RoundCube Webmail.

For Direct Access to any e-mail account you create just enter: www.yourdomain.com/webmail to your Browser.

Please also be aware that security is an issue. Make sure your passwords strength are at least STRONG and protected.

Make sure you limit the Mailbox quota, as you may exceed your Hosting Package.
