What is the Minimum I need to get Online? E-mail

This is the sequential list of what you will need to get your website or Blog online:

1.    A domain - This is something like: www.Microsoft.com. You can registrater your domain name with Joomla!America.

2.    Server Hosting - This is an online hard disc. Because we generally have a small amount of content, you will share part of disc. Joomla!America provides several different Hosting Packages to choose from.

3.    Get your Joomla! to the server - Setting up the software that will run your site. At Joomla!America we love Joomla! for websites and Wordpress for Blogs, although there are other technologies that you can use. Host with Joomla!America and we carry this out FREE OF CHARGE!

4.    A template - This is what makes your site look...well, sexy. There are many alternatives available. Check here...

5.    A structure for your website - You will need to think long and hard about this. Your website must be easy or at least logical to navigate to maintain the interest of your visitor. Our partner Wicked Web Consulting can provide you with consultancy should you so wish.

6.    Content - This is YOU and YOU alone...and it will be the reason you wanted a website in the first place.
